Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Minister has power to do anything that is specified in this Act or that is necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with, or as incidental to, the functions of the Minister under this or any other Act.
(2) Nothing in this section limits the powers of a Minister at common law or under any convention or practice relating to powers of Ministers generally.
