Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIf, immediately before the transfer date, proceedings relating to property, rights or liabilities transferred to the transferee transport body (including arbitration proceedings) to which the transferor transport body was a party were pending or existing in any court or tribunal, then, on and after the transfer date, the transferee transport body is substituted for the transferor transport body as a party to the proceedings and has the same rights in the proceedings as the transferor transport body had.
