TRANSPORT LEGISLATION (FURTHER AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 47 OF 2006) - SECT 27
Director not liable for giving accreditation
(1) Insert the following heading to section 228M
of the Transport Act 1983 —
"Director not liable for giving accreditation" .
(2) In section 228M of the Transport Act 1983 ,
for "Secretary"
substitute "Director".
