TRANSPORT LEGISLATION (FURTHER AMENDMENT) ACT 2006 (NO 47 OF 2006) - SECT 5

In section 9A of the Transport Act 1983 —

        (a)     in the heading to the section for "Acquisition" substitute "Compulsory acquisition" ; and

        (b)     in sub-section (1) omit "purchase or"; and

        (c)     sub-sections (5), (6) and (7) are repealed .
