    (1)     In section 116 of the Rail Safety Act 2006 , in proposed new section 9AC(3)(b) of the Transport Act 1983 , after "Director" insert "to".

    (2)     In section 125 of the Rail Safety Act 2006 , in proposed new section 228S(1) of the Transport Act 1983 , in the proposed new definition of "relevant person", in proposed new paragraph (i), after "may" insert "be".
