TRANSPORT (SAFETY SCHEMES COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2014 (NO. 27 OF 2014) - SECT 121

Transport safety officers subject to Safety Director's direction

    (1)     The Safety Director may give a direction to a transport safety officer in relation to that officer's performance or exercise of a function or power under this Act or a transport safety or infrastructure law.

    (2)     A direction under subsection (1) may—

        (a)     be of general nature;

        (b)     relate to a specified matter or class of matter.
