TRANSPORT (SAFETY SCHEMES COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT) ACT 2014 (NO. 27 OF 2014) - SECT 157
Repeal of references to Rail Safety National Law (Victoria)
(1) In section 91(1) of the Rail Safety National
Law Application Act 2013 omit "or the Rail Safety National Law (Victoria)".
(2) Section 91(2) of the
Rail Safety National Law Application Act 2013 is repealed .
