Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsA transport safety officer may serve a non-disturbance notice on a person with control or management of any of the following places or things if the officer reasonably believes that it is necessary to do so to facilitate the exercise of his or her powers under a transport safety or infrastructure law—
(a) public transport premises; or
(b) marine premises; or
(c) rolling stock; or
(d) a bus; or
(e) a vessel.
