UNCLAIMED MONEY ACT 2008 (NO. 44 OF 2008) - SECT 109
Amendments to the Estate Agents Act 1980
In section 59A(2) of the Estate Agents Act 1980 —
(a) for "moneys" substitute "money";
(b) for " Unclaimed Moneys Act 1962
" substitute " Unclaimed Money Act 2008 ".
