UNCLAIMED MONEY ACT 2008 (NO. 44 OF 2008) - SECT 85
Time for commencing proceedings for offences under this Act extended
Despite section 26 of the Magistrates' Court Act 1989 , a
prosecution for an offence against this Act may be commenced within 3 years
after the alleged commission of the offence.
