Victorian Numbered Acts

UNIVERSITY OF BALLARAT ACT 2010 (NO. 5 OF 2010) - SECT 1

The main purposes of this Act are to—

        (a)     re-enact with amendments the law relating to the University of Ballarat by rationalising obsolete and disparate legislation; and

        (b)     provide for a new Act reflecting best practice and a consistent approach to governance and reporting for universities in Victoria.
