UNIVERSITY OF BALLARAT ACT 2010 (NO. 5 OF 2010) - SECT 54

Before approving or making any guidelines, the Minister must consult with—

        (a)     the Treasurer; and

        (b)     the University on the final form and content of the guidelines.
