UNIVERSITY OF BALLARAT AMENDMENT (FEDERATION UNIVERSITY AUSTRALIA) ACT 2013 (NO. 50 OF 2013) - SECT 6

Purposes

In section 1 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (a) after "the University of Ballarat" insert "(now named Federation University Australia)";

        (b)     at the foot of paragraph (a) insert —

' Note

Amendments to this Act by the University of Ballarat Amendment (Federation University Australia) Act 2013 changed the name of the University from "University of Ballarat" to "Federation University Australia".'.
