Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Board, with the approval of the Minister, may appoint a subcommittee for the purposes of carrying out any of its functions.
(2) The subcommittee may consist of—
(a) members of the Board as determined by the Board; and
(b) any person as the Board determines.
(3) The subcommittee must report to the Board as required by the Board.
