Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The co-ordinating medical practitioner must notify the person requesting access to voluntary assisted dying of the outcome of the first assessment.
(2) Within 7 days after completing the first assessment, the co-ordinating medical practitioner must complete the first assessment report form and give a copy of that form to the Board.
