VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2017 (NO. 61 OF 2017) - SECT 24
Registered medical practitioner who accepts referral becomes consulting medical practitioner
On acceptance of a referral for a consulting assessment of a person, the
registered medical practitioner to whom the referral was made becomes a
consulting medical practitioner for the person.
