VOLUNTARY ASSISTED DYING ACT 2017 (NO. 61 OF 2017) - SECT 71
Application to VCAT for review taken to be withdrawn in certain circumstances
An application for the review of a decision under section 68(1) is taken to be
withdrawn if the person who is the subject of the decision has died.
