VICTORIAN INSPECTORATE ACT 2011 (NO. 70 OF 2011) - SECT 48

    (1)     In section 4(1) of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 —

        (a)     for " 2011 ." substitute " 2011 ;";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     the Victorian Inspectorate within the meaning of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 .".

    (2)     After section 4(2)(ic) of the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 insert —

    "(id)     a Victorian Inspectorate Officer within the meaning of the Victorian Inspectorate Act 2011 ;".
