VICTORIAN INDEPENDENT REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL AND IMPROVING PARLIAMENTARY STANDARDS ACT 2019 (NO. 5 OF 2019) - SECT 47

Amendment of section 3 and Table to section 6

    (1)     In section 3 of the Principal Act insert the following definition—

"" Compliance Officer" has the same meaning as it has in section 3 of the Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal and Improving Parliamentary Standards Act 2019 ;".

    (2)     In the Table at the foot of section 6 of the Principal Act, for—

"Leader of the Third Party in the Assembly (unless he or she is also Leader or Deputy Leader of the Opposition or a Minister of the Crown)

"Leader of the Third Party (unless the Leader of the Third Party is also Leader or Deputy Leader of the Opposition or a Minister of the Crown)

    (3)     In the Table at the foot of section 6 of the Principal Act omit —
