Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) A police reservist must perform his or her functions under the direction and control of the Chief Commissioner or of any other police officer or police reservist under whom he or she is placed by the Chief Commissioner.
(2) Nothing in this section affects or takes away from the application of section 51(a) to a police reservist.
