VICTORIA POLICE AMENDMENT (MERIT-BASED TRANSFER) ACT 2016 (NO. 19 OF 2016) - SECT 3

In section 3(1) of the Victoria Police Act 2013 —

        (a)     insert the following definition—

""Metropolitan position" means a position in Victoria Police that is defined or described as a Metropolitan position in an industrial instrument applying to police officers;";

        (b)     the definition of country position is repealed .
