WATER ACTS AMENDMENT (ENFORCEMENT AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2007 (NO. 29 OF 2007) - SECT 24

    (1)     Section 49(1)(b) of the Water Act 1989 is repealed .

    (2)     Section 53(2)(d) of the Water Act 1989 is repealed .

    (3)     Section 59(1A) of the Water Act 1989 is repealed .
