WATER AND CATCHMENT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 23 OF 2019) - SECT 32

After section 70 of the Principal Act insert —

        " 70A     Offence to breach licence conditions under section 71

The holder of a licence under section 67 must not fail to comply with any condition under section 71(1) to which the licence is subject.

Penalty:     For an individual, 120 penalty units;

For a body corporate, 600 penalty units.".
