WILDLIFE AMENDMENT (MARINE MAMMALS) ACT 2008 (NO. 45 OF 2008) - SECT 13

    (1)         Insert the following heading to section 47A of the Wildlife Act 1975 —

" Exemptions from certain sections ".

    (2)     In section 47A of the Wildlife Act 1975 , for "Sections 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46 and 47" substitute "Sections 41, 43, 44, 45 and 47".
