WILDLIFE AMENDMENT (MARINE MAMMALS) ACT 2008 (NO. 45 OF 2008) - SECT 20

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 65 of the Wildlife Act 1975 —

" Eggs presumed to be threatened wildlife ".

    (2)     In section 65 of the Wildlife Act 1975 , for "endangered wildlife" substitute "threatened wildlife".
