Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered ActsIf a person who has been given an NDIS exclusion applies for an NDIS check within 5 years after being given the NDIS exclusion, the Secretary must not consider the application further unless the Secretary has been notified in writing that there has been a relevant change in circumstances within the meaning of section 38 relating to the giving of the exclusion.
