WORKER SCREENING ACT 2020 (NO. 34 OF 2020) - SECT 198

Investigation of complaints by Commission

    (1)     For section 119(1)(b)(i) and (ii) of the Disability Service Safeguards Act 2018 substitute —

    "(i)     has been given an exclusion; or

              (ii)     has had a clearance suspended or revoked; or".

    (2)     For section 119(1)(b)(iv) of the Disability Service Safeguards Act 2018 substitute —

    "(iv)     has been given an interim exclusion; or".
