YARRA RIVER PROTECTION (WILIP-GIN BIRRARUNG MURRON) ACT 2017 (NO. 49 OF 2017) - SECT 66

After section 8(a) of the Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability Act 2003 insert —

    "(ab)     prepare a report on—

              (i)     the environmental condition of Yarra River land; and

              (ii)     how the environmental condition of Yarra River land has changed since the last report on Yarra River land;".
