YARRA RIVER PROTECTION (WILIP-GIN BIRRARUNG MURRON) ACT 2017 (NO. 49 OF 2017) - SECT 86

    (1)     In section 28(u) of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010 , for "section." substitute "section;".

    (2)     After section 28(u) of the Traditional Owner Settlement Act 2010 insert —

    "(v)     the preparation of a Yarra Strategic Plan under Part 4 of the Yarra River Protection (Wilip-gin Birrarung murron) Act 2017 .".
