ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 12

Notice to lodge declaration

    (1)     The Secretary, by written notice, may require the registered operator of a ZLEV to lodge a declaration with the Secretary on or before the day specified in the notice.

    (2)     The day specified in a notice must be at least 14 days after the day the notice is given to the registered operator.
