ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 21

The Secretary, by written notice, may cancel an invoice issued to the registered operator of a ZLEV—

        (a)     if the Secretary determines that the registered operator is not liable for the amount of the ZLEV charge or interest in the invoice; or

        (b)     if the Secretary waives the amount of the ZLEV charge after issuing the invoice; or

        (c)     to give effect to a decision on an objection or review.
