ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 33

Secretary may lift suspension

    (1)     The Secretary may lift the suspension of registration of a ZLEV under this Division—

        (a)     to give effect to a decision on an objection or review; or

        (b)     if the Secretary considers that the suspension should be lifted for any reason.

    (2)     The Secretary must give the registered operator of the ZLEV written notice of the lifting of the suspension of registration under subsection (1).
