ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 39

Secretary may revoke cancellation of registration

    (1)     The Secretary may revoke the cancellation of registration of a ZLEV under this Division—

        (a)     to give effect to a decision on an objection or review; or

        (b)     if the Secretary considers that the cancellation should be revoked for any reason.

    (2)     The Secretary must give the registered operator of the ZLEV written notice of the revocation of the cancellation of registration under subsection (1).
