ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 4

    (1)     The Minister may determine either or both of the following—

        (a)     a motor vehicle as an excluded vehicle;

        (b)     a class of motor vehicles as a class of excluded vehicles.

    (2)     The Minister must cause a determination under this section to be published in the Government Gazette.

    (3)     A determination under this section takes effect on the day it is published in the Government Gazette or on a later day specified in it.
