ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 44

    (1)     An objection under section 43 to a decision to suspend the registration of a ZLEV must be lodged with the Secretary within 28 days of the day on which the notice of the suspension is given.

    (2)     An objection under section 43 to a decision to cancel the registration of a ZLEV must be lodged with the Secretary within 28 days of the day on which the notice of the cancellation is given.

    (3)     An objection is taken to have been lodged with the Secretary when it is received by the Secretary.
