ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 52

Notice of decision on objection

    (1)     The Secretary must give written notice to the objector of the decision on the objection.

    (2)     The Secretary must, in the notice, give the reasons for disallowing an objection or for allowing an objection in part only.
