ZERO AND LOW EMISSION VEHICLE DISTANCE-BASED CHARGE ACT 2021 (NO. 18 OF 2021) - SECT 59

Authorised officers

The Secretary, by instrument, may appoint as an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act—

        (a)     a person employed under Part 3 of the Public Administration Act 2004 ; or

        (b)     a person, or person of a class, prescribed by the regulations.
