During the race period in respect of a year and within the declared area in respect of that year or a designated access area, a person must not operate or use, or attempt to operate or use, a loud hailer, public address system, broadcast device or any other device that may interfere with electronic or radio communications unless authorised by the Corporation to operate or use that device.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
