An authorised person or a member of the police force may request a person to surrender—
(a) any item that the person has in his or her possession in contravention of regulation 17; or
(b) a prohibited item that the person has in his or her possession in contravention of regulation 18; or
(c) any item that the authorised person or member believes on reasonable grounds has been, or is being, used in contravention of regulation 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32(1), 33, 34, 35 or 36; or
(d) any matter or thing distributed, promoted or displayed in contravention of regulation 40(3) or 40(4); or
(e) any item sold or being offered or exposed for sale in contravention of regulation 41.
