Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) If a permit under this Part is lost, stolen or damaged, the person to whom the permit was issued may apply in writing for a replacement permit to the Board which issued the permit.
(2) An application under subregulation (1) must be accompanied by a fee of $20.00.
(3) On receipt of an application in accordance with subregulations (1) and (2), the relevant Board may issue a replacement permit.
