Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) An authorised officer may, if satisfied on reasonable grounds that a person, in an area in an alpine resort to which entry has been prohibited under regulation 8, has contravened or is contravening regulation 35, request that person to leave that area.
(2) An authorised officer may, if satisfied on reasonable grounds that it is in the interests of safety to do so, request a person to leave an area in an alpine resort that has been set aside for public use under regulation 10.
(3) A person must comply with a request of an authorised officer under subregulation (1) or (2).
Penalty: 5 penalty units.
