ACCIDENT TOWING SERVICES AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 80 OF 2009) - REG 1

Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Accident Towing Services Regulations 2008 to make consequential amendments as a result of recent amendments to the Accident Towing Services Act 2007 made by Part 4 of the Road Legislation Amendment Act 2009 .
