    (1)     In regulation 45(1) of the Principal Regulations, for "column 1" substitute "column 2".

    (2)     In regulation 45(2) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "column 3" substitute "column 4";

        (b)     for "Column 1" substitute "column 2".

    (3)     In regulation 45(3) of the Principal Regulations—

        (a)     for "Column 2" substitute "column 3";

        (b)     for "column 1" substitute "column 2".
