    (1)     In Schedule 6 to the Principal Regulations, for "76(1)," substitute "76(1), 76A(1),".

    (2)     In items 4, 9, 12, 15, 17, 33, 34, 36, 38, 40, 43, 55, 57, 61, 67, 68, 71 and 74 in Schedule 6 to the Principal Regulations, after "General Residential Zone (GRZ)" insert "Neighbourhood Residential Zone (NRZ)".
