BUILDING AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 2018 (SR NO 75 OF 2018) - REG 27

Schedule 4—amendments to Forms 5, 20 and 21

    (1)     In Form 5 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations, for "I am the municipal building surveyor" substitute "I am the *municipal building surveyor/*private building surveyor".

    (2)     In Forms 20 and 21 of Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations, for " Signature of building practitioner " substitute " Signature ".
