BUILDING (INTERIM) REGULATIONS 2005 (SR NO 51 OF 2005) - REG 1201

    (1)     Subject to sub-regulation (2), this Division applies to—

        (a)     a Class 1b, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 building constructed on or after 1 July 1994; and

        (b)     a Class 4 part of a building constructed on or after 14 June 2005.

    (2)     This Division does not apply to a smoke alarm installed in a sole-occupancy unit in a Class 1b, 2 or 3 building or Class 4 part of a building.
