Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsAn owner of a building or place of public entertainment in respect of which an occupancy permit which lists an essential safety measure has been issued or a maintenance determination is applicable, must ensure that an annual essential safety measures report in accordance with regulation 1210 is prepared before each anniversary of the date of the occupancy permit or maintenance determination (as the case may be).
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
Note: Regulation 1901 deems an annual essential services report prepared in accordance with regulation 11.5(a) of the Building Regulations 1994 before 14 June 2005 to be an annual essential safety measures report prepared in accordance with this regulation.
