Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered RegulationsThe owner of a building or place of public entertainment to which this Division applies must ensure that all exits and paths of travel to exits are maintained in an efficient condition and kept readily accessible, functional and clear of obstruction so that egress from the building or place is maintained.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
