Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) Fees paid to the Building Appeals Board in respect of a request under section 147 of the Act must be refunded from the Building Administration Fund if the request is refused.
(2) The Commissioner may refund from the Building Administration Fund, in whole or in part, any other fee paid to the Building Appeals Board if the appeal, request, application or referral is not proceeded with.
