BUILDING REGULATIONS 2006 (SR NO 68 OF 2006) - REG 1705

The prescribed penalty for the purposes of section 255(3) of the Act is—

        (a)     5 penalty units in the case of a place of public entertainment; and

        (b)     2 penalty units in any other case.
